I thought it＇d be a wonderful stay in your hotel, but I could not imagine how terrible it was till the crazy noise of furnishing starting in the morning at 8am. Then I tried to call and found out the phone is not available, before using my own cell phone to call the operator. And I was told the phone in the room probably is BROKEN??? What I could not stand most is I kept calling them for three times about the noise upstairs, and what I was got is "we will ask them to stop." I believe nothing will come out if I keep calling. Hopefully, your management team could re-consider if this hotel is worth to co-operate. [2018-07-13 01:37]
